DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JAVA AND JAVA SCRIPT
Java is an object- oriented programming language that produce software for multiple platforms. It is widely used for development of java applications in laptops, cell phones, data centers and game consoles.
Java script is a dynamic programming language that’s used for web development, in web applications, for game development, and lots more. It allows you to implement dynamic features on web pages that can not be done with only HTML and CSS.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BOTH
• Both java and java script are written, assemble and executed differently, and each has dramatic difference when it comes to what it is capable of doing.

• Java is typically used for all server sides development while Java Script is reserved for developing client sides scripts for functions like validation and interactivity.

• Java code must be compiled while Java Script code is all text.

• Each language requires different plug- ins.

• Java creates application that run in a virtual machine or browser while Java Script code run on a browser only.

• Java is an OOP (object- oriented programming) language while for java script is specifically an OOP scripting language.

• Java is strongly typed language and variable must be declare first to use in program while Java Script is weakly typed language and have more related syntax and rules.


• Objects of java are class based even we can’t make any program in java without creating class while Java Script objects are prototype based.

• Java is a standalone language while Java Script is contained within a web page and integrates with its HTML.

• Java has a thread base approach to concurrency while Java Script has event based approach to concurrency.

• Java supports multithreading while Java Script doesn’t support multithreading.

• Java program has file extension “JAVA” and translate source code into bytecodes which is executed by JVM (java virtual machine). While Java Script file has file extension “JS” and it is interpreted but not compiled, every browser has the java script interpreter to execute JS code.

• Java is used in a wide range of place, including Android apps, credit card programming and in the creations of desktop application and web enterprise application. By comparison, Java Script is mainly used to make web pages more interactive. It is used as an alternative to flash.

The difference between JAVA and JAVA SCRIPT are most likely to each other.
