The organizations in today’s era want to cut on their cost and save time in order to be ahead. SaaS and on-premise ERP differ from one another in terms of Simplicity. When compared to traditional ERP, SaaS based ERP is simpler and come with ease of access to install. The SaaS based ERP is simple and faster.

Traditional ERP can outperform SaaS ERP the when it comes to flexibility. The main idea of flexibility is that the ERP system should adapt to the changes which take place in an organization in future and traditional ERP does it better compared to SaaS ERP. The problem with SaaS based ERP arises that it cannot be customized according to the use of the organization and neither can be rewritten.

The Organization which has installed the web based ERP need not to keep worrying about the upgraded function and features of ERP as the new services and packs are readily available.

The companies which are making ERP Software decision should consider the web based ERP system as a solution. Almost all ERP solutions available in the market are either on premise or SaaS implementations. However there are few solutions which are SaaS only.

One should always decide upon the ERP solution based on functionality and business needs.
