1. The drain hose is blocked
First of all, check what's wrong with your hose. Especially if the process stopped at the very beginning, during the first drain in the washing cycle.
Perhaps the hose is pinched, twisted - in general, something is preventing the water from freely leaving the space of the washing machine through this channel.

2. The program crashed

3. The filter is clogged

If there is visible damage, then you should buy a new filter and replace the worn-out old one. If there are no visible breakages or obstacles for water (coins, buttons), check if the pump itself is clogged. 4. The drain pump is broken
Perhaps the drain pump is simply broken. By the way, this is a very common reason why the machine does not drain. How to check? Start the "Drain" mode again, wait for the impeller to start rotating. Didn't wait? Then it's definitely broken! Did the fan rustle cheerfully with its wings? Carefully press in the center, for example, with a screwdriver handle. Did the rotation stop? Then it is broken after all, and the drain pump will have to be replaced. According to experienced craftsmen, if the rotation does not stop, but continues, you can be sure that the pump is fine and the reason is something else.
5. The pressure switch is broken
A little less often, but it happens that the machine's reluctance to drain water is due to a breakdown of the pressure switch. Why less often? Because this breakdown usually makes itself known much earlier than it comes to draining. The pressure switch controls the amount of water being poured in and, if it is faulty, then more or less water will be collected for washing than necessary. Although at the draining stage, the pressure switch may not detect that there is still water in the tank, and then the module will not give the command to drain.
