Work hard and party harder. Go out for lunch with your friends sometime, or for shopping or movie. Or go the parlor and pamper yourself. But these should not be in excess. 7. Take pride in your work: Take pride in your work and the company your represent. Value your staff as the biggest brand advocates. Remember that a company that cannot respect their staff can never see the glory the success. So help your staff take pride in their work and company.

8. Take help of experts: Dispel the myth that you can do it all yourself. You are no super man with super hero qualities. It's not possible for you to know about every area of your business with accuracy. For this, hire experts- use their knowledge to help grow your business. Recruit a PR person, an admin person.
