Diet And Lifestyle Changes For Diabetic Patients Living With Diabetes


Diabetes can be of 2 types: Type 1 and Type 2. If left untreated it can lead to serious health hazards like heart attack, stroke, blindness, kidney failure, amputation, nerve damage or male impotence. Changing the diet, increasing the level of physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight are a few simple steps that will help you manage the disease effectively.

1. Cut down on the intake of carbohydrates.
